What this set offers you

This V2 set is the ideal solution if you want to significantly enhance the overall soundstage in your Audi Q4 e-tron fitted with the Audi Soundsystem (ASS). The front speakers deliver clearer vocals, cleaner treble and more precise sound reproduction. At the rear, you’ll also benefit from the new coaxial speakers with integrated tweeters, which deliver greater brilliance and cleaner high-frequency reproduction in the rear cabin too. The subwoofer sounds fuller, more controlled and significantly more mature than the small original subwoofer. Added to this is the DSP power amplifier, which precisely tunes the entire system to the vehicle and, with increased power, appropriate time alignment correction, precise equalisation and optimised filters, ensures significantly greater dynamics and control.

The installation remains pleasantly neat: the speakers, subwoofer and wiring harness are vehicle-specific, so nothing needs to be cut, adapted or modified. V2 is the complete set option if you want to replace the front, rear and bass components in a single step, ensuring they are perfectly matched.

Installation

• Open the floor panel, release the door trim and remove the original subwoofer
• Connect the 302.102-ASS adapter and insert the subwoofer into the recess provided
• Loosen the side trim and glove compartment to expose the radio unit
• Connect the 051.024-MOLEX Plug & Play wiring harness and connect the DSP-6.2 amplifier
• Use bitumen tape for the recessed screw on the glove compartment
• Remove the front and rear door trim panels and the tweeters in the A-pillar area
• Apply aluminium butyl and sound-deadening foam to the designated areas
• Fit the new front and rear speakers precisely and connect them via Plug & Play
