With extremely compact dimensions, ESX presents two new active downfire subwoofers that prove to be real space savers. But the compact design is deceptive: thanks to high-quality ingredients such as the new QXP high-end subwoofers and powerful 460-watt Class D bass modules, they are right up there in terms of performance and can handle even the deepest bass attacks with ease.
The high weight alone shows that no compromises have been made here. The flat but solid MDF enclosures with additional internal bracing are extremely sturdily constructed and suppress disturbing resonances very effectively. Particularly practical: thanks to the removable feet, the speakers can also be perfectly integrated into double boot floors.
The ESX speakers utilise the new, revolutionary QXP flat subwoofers - flat, high-performance drivers that are in a class of their own. With an impressive Xmax of ±20 mm, they deliver dynamics and bass power that would hardly be considered possible in this design. Solid cast aluminium baskets and powerful double magnets ensure maximum stability and perfect control of the cone. The result: a clean, precise and at the same time deep bass performance.
The multi-award-winning POWER4 Class D active module works in the high-end QXP enclosures, providing a whopping 1000 watts of peak power at 4 ohms. The module features sophisticated circuit technology in the input: thanks to the "EPS PRO" high-level inputs developed by ESX, the module is fully compatible with modern vehicles and their sensitive fault diagnosis systems. The module is also uncompromising when it comes to features: adjustable subsonic and low-pass filters, bass boost and a phase switch enable precise tuning of the bass foundation. The signal can be fed in either via cinch or high-level inputs. The bass level remote control included in the scope of delivery ensures maximum convenience, allowing the bass level to be conveniently adjusted from the driver's seat at any time.

Sauberer Klang
Sehr präziser sauberer Bass. Ich habe es an meinen MatchUp BMW7 DSP im F20 1er BMW angeschlossen und es klingt super nach ein paar Einstellungen. Tiefgang ist gut. Wenn man möchte vibriert das ganze Auto und es nimmt nicht allzu viel Platz im Kofferraum weg. Macht Spaß mit dem Subwoofer.
