Financing service
Pay quickly and easily in small monthly instalments. Simply select an item, go to the checkout and select the payment method "Financing through Consors Finanz". Financing is arranged exclusively for the lender BNP Paribas S.A. German branch, Munich location: Schwanthalerstr. 31, 80336 Munich.
You have two options for legitimisation and signature:
- completely online (with immediate dispatch of goods)
- in writing and via a post office (dispatch of goods after receipt of the documents).
Financing process
This is how it works:
- Apply for financing online: Fill out the application form online.
- Legitimisation:
- Option: Have your identity confirmed conveniently online by video call.
- Option: Have your identity confirmed at the nearest post office using Postident.
- Sign the contract:
- Option: Sign the credit agreement online via mTAN (SMS).
- Option: Print out the credit agreement, sign it by hand and send it in by post.
- Look forward to delivery: We will deliver your ordered goods to you immediately as soon as your financing application has been received by our partner bank (subject to a final positive check after receipt of your application). If you have submitted the application online, the goods can be dispatched immediately.
Documents to be submitted
The bank requires the following documents:
- Signed loan agreement (electronically or by post)
- Last salary statement / for self-employed persons the last BWA (for a financing amount of € 3,000 or more; in individual cases also under
a financing amount of € 3,000) - A copy of the residence permit for citizens of countries outside the EU
- Students: Copy of a valid student ID or certificate of enrolment for the current semester and copy of the debit/maestro or credit card
- Trainees: Copy of a current payslip and copy of the debit/maestro or credit card
Requirements for financing
The following employment/income requirements must be met:
- You are at least 18 years old
- The financing amount is between €100 and €15,000
(Note: Theoretically, financing is possible from as little as €54. In this case, you must be able to select a loan period of 6 months). - You are an employee and have been working for your current employer for at least 3 months.
- Your employment contract is indefinite for the next 12 months / or you are a pensioner with an indefinite pension / or you have been self-employed for at least 12 months
- You have a regular income of at least €650 net
- You do not have a negative Schufa entry
Legitimisation
Like all banks, Consors Finanz is legally obliged to carry out a legitimisation check. The identity of all new customers is checked before a loan is granted. This check is also for your own security. You can choose whether you want to carry out the legitimisation online via video call (using a PC, tablet or smartphone) or at the nearest Deutsche Post branch using PostIdent .The contract can also be signed online with an electronic signature or you can sign by hand and send the contract to Consors Finanz. An address sheet for returning your documents free of charge is enclosed with the loan agreement. Please note that sending the contract by post will take a few extra days.
Please note that provisionally issued German identity cards are not accepted as proof of identity.
Financing conclusion with PostIdent
Legitimisation with PostIdent - how it works:
- Decide on the payment method "Financing through Consors Finanz": After you have placed your goods in the shopping basket, you can decide on financing when you go to the checkout. You go through the short online application process from Consors Finanz. After preliminary credit approval, decide to print out the contract and take it to the post office.
- Identify yourself at a post office: print out your application and read through your documents at your leisure. Sign the contract in the spaces provided and enclose the documents required by the bank. Seal the documents in an envelope and take it with the Postident form to the nearest post office. A Post Office employee will confirm your identity using your valid identity card or passport. Please note that you must send your signed loan agreement to Consors Finanz by post yourself. An address sheet for returning your documents free of charge is enclosed with the credit agreement.
- Look forward to delivery: Once Consors Finanz has received your financing application, we will deliver the goods you have ordered to you without delay (subject to a final positive check after receipt of your documents).
Fully digitalised financing conclusion
Fully digital financing agreement - how it works:
- Decide on the "Financing" payment method: After you have placed your goods in the shopping basket, you can opt for financing when you go to the checkout. You go through the short online application process from Consors Finanz. Once you have been provisionally approved for financing, choose the "Complete online now" option to finalise the application digitally.
- Online identification: You can identify yourself conveniently with a video call - simply and directly via your browser or app. Employees will guide you through the process step by step.
- Digital signature: Following online identification, you will receive an mTAN by text message, which you enter in the field provided for confirmation. The contract is then legally signed and finalised online.
- Look forward to delivery soon: After completing the online contract, your goods can be dispatched immediately, unlike the PostIdent process!
