Conditions of participation in the competition

1. participation:

By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation. "ARS24" reserves the right to amend these at any time during the competition period. Only persons of legal age are eligible to participate. Persons who are involved in the conception and realisation of this competition are excluded from participation.

"ARS24" reserves the right to exclude from participation any persons who are suspected of using unauthorised means to participate in the competition or otherwise attempting to gain advantages for themselves or third parties through manipulation. In such cases, the refusal of prizes already promised may be considered.

2. prizes:

The prizes to be drawn are those stated in the competition. This is explicitly a Gladen SQX 15 subwoofer. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. If a prize is no longer available for any reason, "ARS24" reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value. The winner must pay all taxes that may be incurred as a result of the prize.

The prize will be sent to the winner free of charge. The prize will be dispatched within two weeks of the winner being announced. "ARS24" is authorised to make changes to the prize.

3. procedure:

The start and closing date for entries are as stated in the competition. Unless otherwise described there, the prizes will be drawn at random from all correct entries. Participation after the closing date stated there is invalid. The draws will take place shortly after the end of the competition.

To take part in our competition via YouTube, you need to comment on our "Shorts" post on the subject of the "Gladen SQX 15 competition". All comments will be entered into the prize draw.

If these requirements are not met, it is not possible to take part in the prize draw.

The winner will be announced by name on the social media presence of "ARS24". By taking part in the competition, the participant agrees to be named on the social media presence of "ARS24" in the event of a win, together with their profile picture. The winner is obliged to inform himself/herself about a possible win on the "ARS24" YouTube page. "ARS24" is not liable if messages from the winner are not received in the inbox within the deadline for technical reasons and the winner therefore loses their claim to the prize.

4. acceptance of the prize:

The competition begins on the day the entry is published. The duration is 7 days (including the date of publication). The winner will be determined by a random draw in camera. The winner will be announced on Instagram within one week of the end date of the competition.

The winner has 7 days from the announcement to accept the prize. Acceptance is made by sending the correct address details to info@ars24.com in good time or by sending a message via the "ARS24" YouTube page. The full address, YouTube name and the prize must be entered in the message. If the prize is not accepted on time, the claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation. If a prize is returned due to incorrect address details or non-collection (in the case of storage by the deliverer), the claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation.

5 Data protection:

The participant agrees that the data collected will be stored for the duration of the promotion and will only be used to send the prize. The personal data entered and transmitted by the participant in the course of the competition will be collected, stored and used by ARS24 GmbH & Co KG exclusively for the purpose of organising and running the competition. The data will be deleted immediately and irrevocably after the competition has been completed.

6 Disclaimer:

A constant technical availability of the competition as well as the trouble-free use on different operating systems cannot be guaranteed.

7. exemption clause:

Each participant is solely responsible for all content that he/she enters to participate in the competition. He/she undertakes vis-à-vis "ARS24" not to submit any unlawful content, in particular no content that is defamatory or defamatory in nature; violates the right of others to privacy or other personal rights, in particular the right to one's own image of third parties; violates the copyright, ancillary copyright or trademark rights of others; or can otherwise be prosecuted under civil or criminal law. "ARS24" reserves the right to delete content if necessary. If claims are asserted against "ARS24" by third parties as a result of a culpable breach of the participant's obligation, the participant shall indemnify "ARS24" against any liability and any costs, including any legal costs and any compensation payments to be made, in full and upon first request. "ARS24" shall immediately inform the user of the claim and, insofar as this is legally necessary and/or possible, give him/her the opportunity to defend against the asserted claim.

All promotions are in no way connected to Instagram and are in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram. Instagram is not the contact for competitions on the Instagram page of "ARS24", but "ARS24" itself. The recipient of the information you provide is not Instagram but "ARS24". The data will be stored on the server there and used exclusively for the organisation of the competition. All questions, comments or complaints about the competition should be addressed directly to "ARS24" and not to Instagram. "ARS24" shall indemnify Instagram against all damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees and costs to a reasonable extent) resulting from claims relating to the competition (in particular its publication and organisation).

9. changes to the conditions of participation - premature termination of a competition:

"ARS24" reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time, or to interrupt or terminate a competition in whole or in part for good cause without prior notice. ARS24" will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper organisation of the game cannot be guaranteed.

If such a termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, "ARS24" is entitled to demand compensation from this person for the resulting damages.
