Aluminium butyl for door insulation and general vehicle insulation
1 x insulating mat AluButyl a 75 cm X 50 cm / thickness 2 mm
Application Insulation option
The insulation option is ideal for insulating car doors and vehicle parts. The material is easy to apply as it is very flexible.
The rewards of door insulation are noticeable in that the vibration of parts is greatly reduced and the speakers in the insulated door produce "more bass" and a "more precise bass".
For optimum sound, we definitely recommend making the effort to insulate the door.
The insulation option can be applied to sheet metal and plastic parts. A multi-layer application increases the effect of the insulation.
We recommend applying between 1-3 mats per door for a good result.
Instructions for insulating vehicle parts and doors:
- Removing the door panelling
- Removing the loudspeakers
- Remove the water protection film
- Make the outer panel as accessible as possible.
- Tape over large cut-outs in the inner panel with Noiseflex
- Make the vehicle parts to be covered grease-free, dust-free and dry
- Option Apply the insulation either in one piece or in small sections to the sheet metal and also to the Noiseflex and rub down at every point
- Can also be applied in 2 layers.
- ApplySTP Biplast between the inner panel and the door panelling

Tolles Material haben die Türen, Bassboxen Gehäuse und bei den Boxen es benutzt mit hörbar Verbesserung

Super Dämmmaterial
Klasse zu verarbeiten. Dämmt super. Man merkt es schon beim Schließen der Tür. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Sehr gutes Material, leichtes Zuschneiden, gute Klebwirkung, Handschuhe erforderlich wegen scharfer Schnittkanten

Top Dämmmaterial
Lange nichts mehr gekauft bei euch aber wie immer eine überwältigende schnelle Lieferung. Gestern bestellt, heute Mittag da. Klasse. Produkt kenne ich und ist super zu verarbeiten und in der Wirkung unerwünschte Resonanzen in der Tür zu vermeiden. Mußte die linke Tür neu auskämmen, da durch einen Unfallschaden eine neue Tür in meinen Golf verbaut wurde. Lohnt sich unbedingt.

Klasse Dämmmaterial! Einfach zu befestigen und super für den Bass. Habe 2 Matten pro Tür wie in den videos genommen. Kann es nur empfehlen
