10cm 2-way coaxial loudspeaker
- The Option Air-100x is a particularly high-quality 10 cm speaker with a coaxial design and very balanced sound and good bass reproduction. Despite the small 10cm midrange driver, the very audiophile 25mm tweeter is integrated directly in the centre of the midrange cone. This speaker has been specially designed for cars in which only the coaxial design can be installed and the highest quality materials are still to be used.
- The large silk fabric tweeter in particular, with a diaphragm diameter of 25 mm, sounds very balanced and even at higher volumes the brilliance is extremely homogeneous and never sounds annoying.
- When operated directly on the car radio, the 3 Ohm voice coil of the 10 cm bass-midrange driver in particular ensures high dynamics. Optionally, these speakers can also take an additional power amplifier with a recommended output of 50-80 watts RMS and then sound outstanding.
- The dimensions of the speakers are such that they can be easily installed in most vehicles.

Einbau in Toyota C-HR 2024 / hinten
Die Lautsprecher habe ich in den hinteren Türen eines neuen Toyota C-HR eingebaut und der Klang hat sich spürbar verbessert. Generell liefert das Originalradio wenig Leistung an die hinteren Türen, wenn man aber eine Endstufe verbauen wird, wird das Ganze natürlich komplett anders aussehen. Man muss leichte Anpassungen vornehmen, damit das Ganze funktioniert, es ist aber auf jeden Fall möglich und dauert nicht lange, bis man das hinbekommen hat. Ein Stecker muss man separat erwerben, damit der Anschluss ohne zusätzliches Basteln möglich ist, dann funktioniert alles.
